Walker Eisenbraun is honored to welcome Carmen Guidry to the practice. Carmen focuses her practice on corporate law, including mergers and acquisitions, private offerings of debt and equity, corporate governance and entity formation. Prior to joining the firm, Carmen worked at an Am Law 100 firm in the Mergers, Acquisitions and Capital Markets practice group, where she represented public and private companies in securities offerings, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, initial public offerings and combinations with special purpose acquisition companies.
