Jill Brumberger has over ten years of experience as an attorney with national and large regional law firms representing companies in a variety of corporate and transactional matters.  Her experience includes entity formation, dissolution and conversion, corporate governanace, drafting and reviewing general business agreements, private equity offerings, including debt and equity financings, merger and acquisition transactions, including stock and asset purchases, and conducting due diligence in connection with such matters.
